Shipping Policies

DUE TO A VERY HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

If your order has CUSTOMIZATION (embroidery), please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped.

MATS and OVERSIZED items may take up to 3-8 weeks to be delivered. If you need RUSH DELIVERY, please contact our support team to make sure we can accommodate your request.

NOTE on mat deliveries: DELIVERY OF ALL MATS is always to customer's door. We do not perform any inside delivery!

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES DELIVERED WITHOUT SIGNATURE.

Wholesale orders with a minimum cart value of $250 (before taxes) qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders containing mats and fitness products. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

All pre-ordered items are not guaranteed to be delivered by their estimated dates on our website.

All dates given are subject to change without notice.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled if customer changes his mind. If customer decides to cancel. Please click under "Order Cancellation" tab for more information.

Exchanges & Returns

All orders* are eligible for return/exchange in its original packaging and with all tags within 30 DAYS of purchase. The product must be unworn unwashed and unused. All returns/exchanges will carry a flat shipping fee of $20.

RETURNS: If an order is returned, a REFUND minus return shipping cost will be issued.

EXCHANGES: If an order is to be exchanged, the item must not be worn or washed. An exchange/return shipping fee of $20 will still apply.

*MAT ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED ONLY if manufacturing defect or damage during transportation.

Custom EMBROIDERED items, such as gis and belts are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

CLEARANCE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All orders can be cancelled within 1-2 business days of order being placed. Custom orders of mats and gis cannot be cancelled if the production and customization process has already started.
